constantly refused to kiss him when they are making love.

Mwansa told the presiding magistrate, Mubukwanu Matalaka that it’s been five months since he last kissed his wife despite paying K2000 as dowry and having his marriage
recognized under traditional law.

In her defense Lungu made the court laugh as she did not deny the allegations.
She said her husband was a drunkard who does not wash his mouth and that he smells whenever his from unblocking suwer systems Lungu said she tried to buy him tooth brushes and toothpaste for her husband to use but he refuses to do so.

“vo vama boyfriend ku side ni boza, aba bamuna ni ba doti MA days yano, pe Tina funana a benzo samba mushe mushe Nam kamwa benzo suka manje apa Kaya Nima bize,
otherwise ba nunkha I cant kiss such a man,”Sh said.

Lungu said that when making love it’s easier because she can wash her husbands genitals before the holy act.

“pokumana si problem kaili Nima ba kilina but mkamwa chivuta because Bama kamba ati ba chedwa ku MA piece work kwabo futi bamakamba ati ba zani menya,” she said.

When it was time for judgement, magistrate Matalaka consulted from both families to find out if this marriage had a future and asked the couple to seat and reconsider their decision.

The court further told the couple to invite elders in their families to talk to them and find a better way than ending their marriage.
