THE Chipata Magistrate Court has sentenced a fuel attendant at Kobil Filling Station in Chipata to 2 years imprisonment with hard labour for stealing money for the company.
Isaac Msoni appeared before Resident Magistrate Destine Kalusopa for one count of theft by servant.
Particulars of the offence were that Msoni on 23 August 2020 in Chipata as a person who was employed as fuel attendant at Kobil Filling Station stole 35,100 Kwacha property of Kobil Filling Station.
