Kasama Central Member of Parliament Hon. Kelvin Sampa last Saturday night revisited his old-time artistic side of a rapper when he joined renowned radio DJ Allan Mvula aka DJ Life at his birthday bash held at Fiesta Nightclub in Lusaka.

Mr Sampa who has enjoyed friendship with Mvula for over 20 years joined the birthday boy he described as his good for a special birthday bash sponsored by 5FM, Fiesta Nightclub and Kasonks Restaurant.

The two friends relived their days as young artistes and rappers as they gave a short performance of a rap version of a popular UNIP Commercial ‘Vote KK’ which they were fully involved in.

Sampa did most of the rap while Mvula provided the necessary back up. The two further showed more of their skills on different flows all the amusement of the guests that included veteran DJ Suke Chile.

And in appreciating his friendship with DJ Life, Sampa said he was happy that the two lived responsible and focused lives to make them be the men they are today. He also encouraged people to promote unity and friendship.

And during the bash which was anchored by Monde Mutale aka Mr Nguzu from the popular series Mpali, DJ Suke Chile rocked the venue with his antics giving the audience lots of music fan. He played mostly old rhumba tunes and Zambian music that kept most people on the dance floor.

Allan himself was short of words to describe how thankful he was for the support. The 5FM DJ, popular for old school music especially 90s, appreciated Sampa for taking his time to attend his birthday bash.
