TITLE contenders NAPSA Stars will this afternoon aim to come back from their slumber following their two back to back defeats in the last two weeks at the hands of Kitwe giants Power Dynamos and Nkana FC.
NAPSA who host town mates Green Buffaloes at Woodlands Stadium will aim for a kill and get maximum points to consolidate their top position as competitors Zesco United are away on continental duty.
NAPSA have kept range within their continental hopes as they are still currently top of the log table with only a goal difference separating them from joint topers Zesco.
Defeats to ZESCO, Nkana and Power have deterred the pensioners from their continental aspirations and a win against a downcast Buffaloes will take NAPSA back on track.
Both NAPSA and Buffaloes go into this fixture downcast with the former having lost their last fixture while the latter has had a string of poor results this season.
And NAPSA coach Mohamed Fathy said his team was prepared for the game and that they would put behind their loss to Nkana by concentrating on this afternoon’s encounter.
